1993

Commenced operations in November 1993 at Subang Airport with a charter flight contracted with Pos Malaysia to carry express mail and parcels between Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

  • Designated as a national air cargo carrier by the Ministry of Transport in August 1996.
  • Contracted by the Ministry of Defence to transport military personnel and their families between Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu and Labuan.

  • Leased 2 DC-10 aircrafts to provide Hajj charter services to over 25,000 pilgrims for the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
  • Secured aircraft wet-lease arrangements for the Middle East, Philippines, and Indonesian markets.

Became a capacity provider for DHL Aviation Group to support their fast-growing overnight air express business in the Asia-Pacific region.
